We share your information only with the technician assigned to your job and with the trusted service providers that help us operate — for example, secure hosting and messaging providers — who are required to protect it and use it only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend our legal rights.
Photos you send through our contact form or that are attached to a job are automatically deleted from our system 24 hours after they're uploaded. We keep them only long enough to handle your request.
Your information is stored on secured systems, and access to our dispatch and customer records is password-protected and limited to authorized staff. While no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
We keep job records for as long as we need them to provide the service, honour our work guarantee, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we securely dispose of them.
Our website stores small amounts of data in your browser (local storage) so it works properly — for example, your language preference and cached page content. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. Our service-area map is loaded from a third-party map provider.
Under PIPEDA, you may ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or delete it. Email us at our contact address and we'll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days. If you have a concern we can't resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We're a mobile locksmith serving Toronto and the GTA. This website lets you learn about our services, check whether you're in our service area, and request help. Submitting a request or calling us does not create a binding contract until we confirm that we can attend.
Any arrival times or ETAs shown on this site or quoted to you are estimates, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, demand, and the complexity of the job can all affect timing.
For everyone's safety and security, we provide service only to the legal owner or an authorized occupant or agent. Before starting work, we may ask for government-issued photo ID and reasonable proof that you're entitled to access the property or vehicle, and we may decline a job if we can't reasonably confirm this.
We give you an estimate before work begins, and we confirm the final price with you before we proceed. After-hours, emergency, or more complex jobs may carry additional fees, which we disclose up front. Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise, using the payment methods listed on our site.
You can cancel a request at no charge before a technician is dispatched. Once a technician has been dispatched or has arrived, a call-out fee may apply.
Please give us accurate information, be present (or send an authorized person) at the service location, and make sure it's safe for our technician to work.
We perform our work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aston Locksmith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for pre-existing damage or worn hardware, for hardware not supplied by us, or for issues arising from inaccurate information provided to us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Ontario.
